Terms of Service

By accessing and using Uptodaty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides AI-curated news briefings aggregated from public sources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute content from the Service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the curated content.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: your email address, authentication credentials, and usage analytics.

Your reading preferences and interaction data are used solely to personalize your feed. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use third-party services for authentication (Google OAuth), analytics, and infrastructure hosting. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked.

After the 3-day window, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for the remaining unused portion of your billing period. Refund requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting support.

Renewals are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Promo code discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. If a refund is issued on a discounted subscription, the refund amount reflects the actual amount paid.
